Founded in 2005, BlueWave Security was truly at the forefront of combining locking hardware with the world of internet technology. As one of the first IP based physical security providers we have been in the industry since its inception.
We like to think of ourselves as trendsetters. Unlike the rest of the industry, we manufacture our own security technology. The brains of our operation, our NetGen controller, is built and assembled in Texas USA. The proximity we have to our technology allows us to constantly be innovating and improving.
By adding cameras to our line, an amazing support staff, and some new blood that has boosted our energy, we have big plans for the future. We are a one stop shop for all IP based security needs.

In short, Marshall is the founder and President/CEO of BlueWave. With a lifetime of experience in Security, former owner of Clark Security Products – the largest distributor of locks in the country, Marshall could sell physical keys to the Cloud. For BlueWave his duties are enumerable. On some days he is knee deep in accounting, on others he packs boxes alongside our production team. His passion for growing the business is matched only by his spontaneous dance moves, which he often adds at the end of a particularly enthusiastic monologue. The consummate leader, Marshall makes sure to show his face and lend his hand in every aspect of the business
Rick has been critical to the recent development of the Bluewave Security. Joining the Bluewave team in 2019, Rick has brought a wealth of knowledge and new ideas that have already made a significant impact on the future development of the product. Beyond just his engineering prowess, Rick brings an energy and work ethic to our team that is essential for our continued success.
Technical Support Manager
Bolster, who started with us packing boxes in our Warehouse, is now responsible for all the day to day inner workings of BlueWave. If you receive a box from us, Bo likely packed it up and shipped it out. He is often the one answering your phone calls, creating our marketing material, weighing in on the direction of our sales efforts and lending a helping hand with purchasing, internal processes as well as onboarding and hiring.
Director of Sales
As Director of Sales since 2018, Jack’s focus has been to expand new business, grow existing accounts and build our internal sales team. With two new hires and a brand new office in downtown Austin, TX, they are off and running driving the BlueWave engine. Jack previously worked in software sales at Oracle where he built a successful track record of building revenue for the company. Jack marries new school selling with old school tactics and it works!
